This lovely traditional two bedroom, Grade 11 listed fisherman's cottage is situated at the bottom of the old village of Robin Hood's Bay. It is located in a quiet ginnel in the Shell Hill area, close to the beach, shops and pubs. The cottage is full of character, has a multi-fuel stove in the lounge and a parking permit for the Fisherhead car park is provided. It is ideal for a seaside family holiday.

Entrance: Into a small porch.
Lounge: TV with Freeview and DVD player, iPod docking station, multi-fuel stove.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Fridge freezer, electric hob, electric oven with grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs.
first floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, shelves and hanging space.
En-suite: Shower, washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds, shelves and hanging space.
Separate Toilet
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: Parking permit for the Fisherhead Car Park for one car (subject to the previous guests having returned it to the cottage). Camper vans, mini buses, vans and trade vans over half a ton are not allowed.
Heating: Gas central heating, multi-fuel stove.
Short breaks: Accepted anytime.
Notes: Towels are not provided. Because of fairly steep stairs the cottage may not be suitable for toddlers and people with mobility problems. WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is variable.
