The pretty village of Snainton is ideally situated between Pickering and Scarborough and at the foot of North York Moors National Park. Snainton has many amenities including a shop/post office and two pubs that serve food. For those that like horses, there is an excellent riding centre that provides for all ages and abilities. Nearby there is a superb driving range with a 9 hole golf course and cycle rides. A short drive away is Dalby Forest, with fantastic opportunities for walking, mountain biking and the opportunity to experience the Go Ape adventure park. Also easily accessible by car are the seaside resorts of Scarborough and Whitby, the market town of Pickering and the historic city of York. A stunning area with plenty of attractions - something for everyone!

Daniel, the owner, was the perfect host and was waiting to welcome us on our arrival. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable break. Our little westie aso enjoyed the stay, especially the addock which was just a few steps from the front door.

Third time we have stopped there twice in cow byre and once in the upstairs downstairs can't fault it Dan is the perfect host can't do enough for you will go back again but you have to book early to get in
