The apartment is very well set out, spacious, bright and homely. The cleaning standard is very high. All kitchen equipment etc working and everything we needed. Bed and bedroom good size and comfortable. Bathroom set out well. Highly recommended.

The flat has characterful sloping ceilings and is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was clean and comfortable and there was nearly everything I could want in the kitchen, though customarily Sykes properties supply items like soap, tinfoil, washing up liquid and kitchen towel. It might be worth warning people to bring their own or risk paying corner shop prices. I used my phone as a hot spot for WiFi; I bought extra data in case, but in fact I didn't need it. I have docked just one point for facilities and maintenance, first because the flat lacks a chopping board and mirrors low enough for a 5ft person to see more than the top of their head (mentioned in an earlier review), and second because the heater broke and could not be fixed during my stay.
