The thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts and festive decorations, have been well-received, enhancing the overall experience.

Reviewers frequently mention the property's immaculate condition, highlighting its cleanliness. The use of descriptors such as 'spotless' and 'immaculately clean' suggests a very high standard of cleanliness is maintained.

The property's location is highly praised for being central and convenient, yet peaceful. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions in Whitby is a recurring positive point among guests.

Rooms are large with tall ceilings and the biggest bedroom I have ever slept in. Thank you for decorating the rooms for Christmas - it really felt homely. The furnishings are of beautiful quality through the house. We loved how warm it was and the fact you have control of the heating. We managed to park nearby on all days bar one - the parking map provided was very useful. Would love to come back and work my way through your library collection one day.

Good facilities and lots of character. Highly recommend and we’ve booked it for 2025.

Over this timespan we have rented many different "cottages" in the town, previously via Ingrid Flute. Although we have no complaints about our previous locations, 20A is the standout in 9/10 respects. It's so sad that having devoted so much time, thought, expense and effort that the owner suffered the tragic loss of her husband. We are Leeds residents, so she probably lives not far away. We aim to return, God willing (ages 77 & 82!)
