excellent value for money , you get exactly what it says on the tin. unfortunately one of my parents struggled with the stairs and hills but that's Whitby, and most the coast ️and there was never any attempt to hide this fact so it's not a complaint just be aware. The view from the top bedroom. ore than made up for a few stairs, amazing at sunrise . Would definitely go back and highly recommend

Parking when we first got there was impossible, had to drive around for over an hour and a half looking for a space. Eventually had to park on the seafront as there really were no spaces, also no scratch cards in the apartment as stated in the instructions from the owner. Did manage to get hold of the owner she said the scratch cards had been locked away and was trying to get hold of the cleaner. Did manage to get parked in the space in the car park at the back the next day. Apartment was ok, but really is not suitable for the elderly. Infirm or disabled. As although stated in the advert, there are six steps up to the front door there are then a further four flights of stairs to get to the first floor of the apartment which is not mentioned anywhere in the advert.The apartment as a whole is ok as it was towards the end of the season did feel that it really needed a bit of tlc. Certain things were not up to standard chipped crockery, no bin bags and only 3 dishwasher tablets left out. The apartment is ideally situated near the seafront just need to be aware about all the stairs. This made us reluctant to venture out with just the thought of having to come back and climb all the stairs so not particularly great.Definitely not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
