The flat is in a nice apartment block overlooking the water, with the NYMR steam engine running passed regularly on the far bank.Car parking in the undercroft gated area is TBH an absolute nightmare, the entrance is ridiculously narrow and the allocated space is in a corner and very small/tight to get into. The whole area generally difficult to negotiate without extreme care. I certainly wouldn't want to try and park a Jaecoo in the space due to the cars width. Trying not to scratch anything is a two person job and is a bit like playing roulette. It would have been nice to have some additional handy items left rather than the standard issue basics. Salt & Pepper, tin foil in the kitchen as well as a fan due to the recent extreme heat. The fridge was also left on the warmest setting of 1. Meaning our chicken purchased from the local supermarket on arrival, was lovely and warm when we went to use it some 4 hours later. We obviously changed the settings once we realised.Cleanliness throughout was ok, however the lounge floor was obviously cleaned with a dirty mop and felt sticky underfoot.

Fantastic flat with a beautiful view over Whitby. My favourite moment was seeing the steam train out of the windows! A quick walk into town and there are loads of amazing restaurants! The flat had everything we needed! Comfortable bed! Plenty of space and calming interiors! Easy to find and acces was easy too. Would highly recommend this space if youre visiting Whitby!

lovely apartment with views across the harbour. Very Quiet and a 20 minute walk from the Centre of Whitby. The place was spotless and had all that you'd need for a relaxing stay. The flat is on the second floor but there is a lift which is great for the less able. Car parking under the flat with a security gate (only thing is you need to get out to unlock gate and then lock it once inside. The Parking space is a tight one which is perhaps the only down side to the flat - you need to be a careful driver to get into the space and in and out of the gate, but other than that no problems. All in all a good experience and one we'd recommend to anyone wanting a home from home!
