There was supposed to be a remote for the heating we never found it looked everywhere. No cleaning stuff ie Surface Steriliser for counter tops

The secure parking is an excellent addition. Very secure building with coded access. A great place for Railway enthusiasts and holiday makers alike.

A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Being into steam railways it really is the only place to stay for us. We have stayed now 3 times and will definitely be returning next time we come to Whitby. Its central location and secure parking is a bonus. The staff that we met cleaning the apartments were very friendly and helpful a credit to the company. Plus we love Whitby a perfect combination.
