The upper floor of Seahorse hosts an immaculate, all-white family shower room which serves two delightful bedrooms; a double and a twin which are peaceful spots to catch your much-needed sleep before the next adventure-filled day. Stepping out of your apartment, you will catch a glimpse of the striking Whitby Abbey, you will also be greeted by the town's wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as this, you can visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum or the gloriously sandy beach, perfect for a summer's day. The North York Moors encompass Whitby, offering seemingly endless scenic walking country for you outdoor lovers. You can also visit well-known spots such as Robin Hood's Bay and the traditional seaside resort of Scarborough. A charming base to return to during a holiday of exploring this wonderful area.
Whitby is a fishing port at the mouth of the River Esk and is surrounded by the North York Moors National Park. The Seahorse was really excellent accommodation based over two levels which may be a consideration if you are less mobile than we are. Spotlessly clean great kitchen well equipped and nice to have a dinning area. Great added bonus a resident parking space for up near the leisure centre a five minute walk away. In a great area with an excellent fish and chip shop on Silver Street pubs bars and of course the wonderful Bothams bakery and tea rooms. Would recommend Seahorses and we will definitely be returning later in the year.

We have stayed there and in the other 2 apartments in the building previously when they were owned by someone else. Seahorse is perfectly located for everything and the apartment provides you with plenty of space to relax and spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next year. The stairs up to apartment certainly give you a work out so if you're not too good on your feet there's no lift to get you upstairs so something to bear in mind. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us all.

a very pleasant comfortable apartment close to all amenities would be handy for at least one small handrail into shower room/ toilet to help with the two steps down just feel it would be a help but a rel good stay overall for our latest stay would recommend
