She was initially hesitant but pleasantly surprised that all the accommodation was exactly as described. We have no hesitation in recommending the "Hidden Gem". The only minor additional information I would give is that when leaving the apartment, make sure that You use the Yale key to lock the entrance door. We have been used to the old type locks that automatically lock when you pull the door to exit. I guess it's really a good thing, should you happen to leave your keys while maybe putting put the waste etc. Thanks for a great stay, Kind Regards John & Maureen

What a great little place hidden gem is,all the facilities you could wish for,right in the heart of whitby,very comfortable and plenty of room for the two of us,a short walk to everywhere you want to visit,just really convenient to everywhere,only thing was someone left fag ends outside the rear door which was unsightly,maybe an ashtray outside,or just extinguish your cigarette and put them in the bin,
