High Nook is a well-received cottage praised for its great location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities, scenic views, and the property's proximity to local attractions. The garden and utility room are notable features, and the cottage is considered ideal for both families and pets.
Guests consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'spotless' and 'very clean', indicating high standards of hygiene and upkeep.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby, and scenic walks. The sea views and easy access to local amenities contribute to its excellent rating.
The property is frequently described as comfortable, with comfortable beds and sofas. However, a few guests noted the need for better pillows and the challenge of steps for the elderly or young children.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious garden. Some guests suggested minor improvements, such as a shelf in the shower and outdoor seating with a sea view.
While guests mention a welcome snack pack, there are not enough references to gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are a bonus and not guaranteed.

Excellent location with parking. Within walking distance of Robin Hoods bay, well maintained and spacious. Lovely views in the morning and locals very welcoming. Would return as whole family enjoyed. Can recommend the local pub Fylingdales Inn for a great tasting and well priced meal with friendly staff.

Great location, and lovely house. The only fault was our small dog could get through the gaps in the hedges and had to be kept on a lead outside.
