Lovely place for a short stay - handy for a 1.5m walk into Whitby. Quiet cul de sac area that’s very easy to find.

A lovely holiday home on the outskirts of Whitby. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. However after going for a meal on our first night we opened the patio door to get in, but we couldn't remove the key from the lock. We tried to make contact with the office via the number provided in the information folder several times and when this failed we contacted Acair Locks. He said the door wasn't closing properly which was part of the problem. He replaced the lock and fixed the door. The cost was £85 which we paid.

A very clean and comfortable house we enjoyed our stay there. The host was generous and helpful when we had a problem with the TV and a bathroom fitting. Both issues were speedily resolved. I would recommend the Park and Ride as parking in Whitby is VERY expensive and it’s too far to walk.
