The cottage has been extended to create a warm and inviting living space, complete with exposed beams, an electric wood burner, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Sky package. French doors lead through to a spacious country-style kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven.
To the rear, a porch provides a useful space for coats and boots, while outside, a private enclosed patio, just a few yards from the cottage, offers seating and bike storage. The ground floor features a separate toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a kingsize master bedroom with lovely sea views, a twin and a modern shower room.
Set in the heart of the village within walking distance to Runswick bay, and a short walk from the welcoming local pub, Lobster Pot is just a five-minute drive from Staithes. This historic fishing village is home to a charming pier, excellent pubs, and a highly regarded steak restaurant. The comfortness of the lobster pot can only be surpassed by the cleanliness of the cottage, just spent the last 7days there and to say we enjoyed it would be an understatement to say the least. Great value for money and very comfortable 10 out of 10 with out a doubt.

Lovely, cosy deceptively large house. Great kitchen and kind neighbors. Bus stop very close. The Badger Hounds pub nice for a beer in the evening. Walkers pas right in front, which is nice. Great walking over the cliffs to Staithes. Highly recommended!
