Wonderful stay, kept informed beforehand and on the day of arrival. House is a brilliant size with all you need for a perfect stay, comfy beds and welcome basket a welcome surprise. Loved it's location for ease of exploring the area. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Great location and very clean accommodation. Larger bath sheet would be appreciated. Flush on toilet in main bathroom needs attention - takes 15 mins to refill. Owner/owner's daughter very accommodating and good to deal with.Great base to explore York and surrounding area. Bus stop 2 mins walk from house takes you into the centre of York.
