The living area extends onto a large private patio through two sets of patio doors - perfect for having a glass of fizz on those long summer evenings or cosy winter nights in front of the Smart TV on comfortable sofas.
With Grange Garth Cottage located less than 5 miles from York city centre, you have quick access to one of the most visited cities outside of London which is popular throughout the year with numerous festivals and magical Christmas markets. York offers many attractions to visit including the iconic minster, Railway Museum, Cliffords Tower and step back in time at the Jorvik Centre and the Castle Museum. Stroll along the cobbles down the world-famous Shambles or take one of the terrifying night-time ghost walks which are a must. This vibrant city is bursting at the seams with delightful restaurants, traditional inns serving real ales and a wide choice of tea shops including the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. It is also a shopper’s paradise with a wealth of independent shops. For avid shoppers the Designer Outlet shopping centre is located just 2 miles from Naburn. This was our second visit.a Beauty clean Bungalow, very well equipped. Lovely views The owners very nice helpful. People Location was great for visiting York and surrounding areas.. Highly recommend the plough in Fulford for food which was excellent.

This was our second visit to Grange Garth and it was every bit as impressive as the first. Lovely property in a lovely location that was an ideal base for visiting all the nearby locations such as York, Harrogate and Knaresborough. Catharine and Peter are brilliant hosts with attention to detail that ensures their guests are immediately on the front foot for a great stay...lovely cake on arrival too.
