Kirkbymoorside is on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Helmsley and Pickering. There are shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants as well as antique shops and a weekly market The walking and scenery of the National Park are close by, as are villages including Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham.

We had lovely walks on the farm every evening and wonderful location Quiet and peaceful and the âwoolly residentsâ were excellently behaved. Ted the dog was so friendly and greeted everyone with a wag of his tail.
