The property is located on one of the city’s most popular streets of York, and is surrounded with quirky shops, quality restaurants and busy bars. While being located just outside the city centre, it is only a 10-minute walk into York, and all of its world-famous attractions are within easy walking distance.

Heading into the apartment, you’ll immediately notice that everything contained within the apartment is brand new. The dining area comfortably seats four guests, suiting you perfectly to sit and enjoy your breakfast or have a nice meal in! The seating area in the living area is not only extremely comfortable, but it also has the added bonus of pulling out into a sofa bed providing sleeping space for an extra two guests.
