Dear Guests,
We wanted to inform you that we will be carrying out some essential maintenance work at the resort on the evening of 18th March 2025. To complete this, we will need to temporarily turn off the water supply from 11:00 PM in the evening onwards.
Our team will work efficiently to minimise any disruption, and we kindly ask that you avoid using taps during this time. To ensure your comfort, we will provide bottled water in your lodge upon arrival.

me and my husband would like someone from head office to speak to us about the complaint we put into your site manager no one has got back to us my husband spoke to the manager face to face while we was staying there and also sent a written complaint through a email we have received no contact back from your site manager

The lodges are well equipped and clean. The hot tub area could do with making a little more private by simply joining the wooden screens and what also would make it a little better is if there was a fenced off area around the lodge so that your dog could be allowed to come outside without having to be either on a lead or tied to the lodge by a hook.
