With the accommodation entirely across the ground floor, The Milking Parlour sits in a superb position for discovering the attractive towns and countryside of Yorkshire and historic York City, just a short drive away. Overlooking the well-maintained gardens, the cottage offers a sociable open plan living area - a light and airy place to relax together with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy sitting area. Two bright and comfortable bedrooms provide a good nights rest, and a family bathroom completes the accommodation at this lovely cottage. Outside is a front garden area overlooking the golf course, where you can relax on sunny afternoons with a picnic, planning tomorrows adventures. Practice your swing with a round of golf at subsidised rates. Take a peaceful stroll around the course or through the surrounding Forestry Authority woodlands, whilst within easy reach, the Yorkshire Wolds provide picture-perfect countryside to explore. A ten-minute drive takes you to the centre of York, with its ancient architecture, renowned restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. Make sure to take a tour of the city walls and the atmospheric cobbled streets, with quaint shops set along The Shambles.
