A super kingsize zip and link double room can be found on the ground floor along with the house bathroom offering a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the first floor and provides you with a super kingsize zip and link double. During the summer months enjoy al fresco dining in the courtyard or wander over to the bowling green and watch the locals enjoy a competitive game of bowls.

Great accomodation. Within easy walk to all places of interest. Great to having car space on driveway. Liked the private courtyard for sitting outside (when the weather permits). Beds very comfortable. Host Charlotte very helpful answering any queries we had. We would definitely use the accommodation if visiting York in the future.

Lovely cottage in a great location for buses into York or walking in. Well equipped apart from the three seater sofa, which was hard and uncomfortable to sit on with others, as you could feel the wood frame beneath. The single armchair was comfortable as was everything else. Upstairs bedroom was light and airy, but up quite steep stairs from the bathroom. Downstairs bedroom was a little dark. Beautifully equipped kitchen and we.loved being in one open plan room. Yard was private and beautiful with nice furniture. Overall, a great property. Just needs better living area furniture, particularly for four people. A second armchair would have been good.

Great little cottage / converted bike shed. So easy to walk into York if you want to visit the local attractions, Nice to have streaming and Netflix - an added bonus.
