Really enjoyed our stay at Valentines cottage. Great location and we were able to use the train to get to Harrogate and York. It takes 15 mins and cheaper than parking in the cities. The cottage was very well appointed with quality furnishings and curtains etc and the bed very comfortable (picture of the bedroom is of the cottage next door though and needs updating.) Kitchen was very well equipped. The cottage is extremely well heated and we felt very snug the entire time. The only thing that was missing was a mirror in the bedroom especially when using the hairdryer. Lovely peaceful location. Would return.
