We enjoyed our stay, the flat was in an excellent location 5 minute walk to the centre. Peter was a great host and we really enjoyed all the extra’s he left us for our stay.

We recently stayed at this excellent apartment for the second time. We've had self catering apartments around York and this is the best yet, so now we don't bother looking at alternatives. The owners Peter and Carol are very helpful.

We had a very warm welcome from Peter when we arrived, who showed us round and had the kettle on for us. Very generous welcome pack including teas, coffees, milk, breakfast items and other goodies. The flat was very well furnished and the kitchen well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals, although we were out to eat every day so never got much use of it! Only 5 minutes walk to Monkgate and the Minster so excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly look to return in the future. Thank you x
