Carrowmena Deluxe is our one & only upgraded, stylish & luxurious Bell Tent with a wide range of added extras for the perfect guest experience. Our Deluxe Bell Tent comes with a double bed, quirky sofa bed, sleeping a maximum of 4 persons, 2 Adults & 2 Kids with bed linen included. Included with Carrowmena Deluxe is a mini fridge with complimentary refreshments & snacks, additional fairy lights & sockets. Within Carrowmena Deluxe private fenced off area is a fire pit, BBQ area, pergola area, outdoor seating & extra lighting for those cosy nights under the stars. The only thing you need to bring is your sense of adventure & food! Guests will have access to a communal kitchen. Guests will also have access to a shared outside bathroom & shared showers. Onsite we do have our Coffee Pod where disposable BBQs, fire wood, hot drinks, sweets, chocolate, crisps & official Carrowmena Merchandise can all be purchased

Company info

I purchased Carrowmena Primary School in 2007, the building was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. We secured funding and got the old school up to Northern Ireland Tourist Board, Hostel standard. During my research I realised that to make this a full time job I would need to add something more. With a lot of research & having traveled around the world I realised that Outdoor Activities would work very well alongside the accommodation & would package well together as the whole 'Experience'

Carrowmena Family Glamping is situated at the foot of Binevenagh Mountain in the beautiful Roe Valley, in Limavady, Derry-Londonderry, N Ireland. We have 6 Glamping Pods & 11 Bell Tents in total which vary in standard. All onsite guests have access to our communal kitchen, toilet & shower facilities. We offer a range of action packed outdoor activities onsite for all ages and abilities. We are a family Glamping Site. We DO NOT accept adult group glamping bookings at all.
