The surrounding area is also well placed for exploring further afield, with destinations across County Donegal and Northern Ireland accessible by car.

Step through the porch into a spacious hallway, with the kitchen immediately to the right. This generous room is designed for sociable meals, with an island seating four guests and a Lacanche gas oven with rotisserie grill. To the left of the hallway is the living and dining room, where a large table seats at least six guests. A long sofa, large corner sofa and an additional chair provide space to relax beside the gas fire, while the Sky Glass TV offers a variety of channels, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services. Further along the ground floor, the utility room contains a washer/dryer and sink, and leads through to a cloak/shower room. Upstairs, the first king-size bedroom has ample storage and its own en-suite shower room. A second spacious king-size bedroom also provides generous storage. The third bedroom with twin single beds completes the sleeping accommodation, while a family bathroom with a bath and shower serves the two non-en-suite bedrooms.

Outside, the rear terrace has a table and four chairs positioned to catch the morning sun. At the front of the property, a larger patio offers seating for eight guests alongside a BBQ, with cushions and parasols stored inside the retreat. Private parking is available for two cars directly in front of the property.
