Corndavon Cottage is a single-storey timber clad lodge in the grounds of a hunting lodge in Glengairn, six miles from Ballater. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, multi-fuel stove and doors to a decked area. Outside is off road parking and a decked area with furniture, patio with hot tub and a lawned garden. Corndavon Cottage is ideally placed for enjoying Royal Deeside, including Balmoral Castle, Aberdeen or the Cairngorms National Park centres of Grantown-on-Spey or Aviemore.
From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
The village of Ballater in Royal Deeside is an elegant place with a selection of shops and tea rooms, close to Balmoral Castle. Excellent base for outdoor pursuits or visiting beautiful Royal Deeside.

Decked area with furniture, plus lawned garden and patio with hot tub (available until 11pm). Lockable bike shed. Free trout fishing (between March and October, restrictions apply) in river 2 mins from cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Properties are next to a fenced river, therefore children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is poor mobile phone coverage in the area, with the exception of O2 and EE. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
