For an adventure-filled stay, follow Montcoffer Woods Path, take in the stunning landscape of Bow Fiddle Rock, or trail across Moray Firth, towards the East Coast. Duff House, Kinnaird Head Castle Lighthouse and Museum, and Castle of Pittulie are all idyllic attractions for the historians of the group, displaying the local heritage from the 1500s. Perfect for the entire family, head to Portsoy Harbor, the location of filming of Whiskey Galore 2 and the final Peaky Blinders season, visit Macduff Marine Aquarium and its array of sea creatures, or tour the Museum of Banff and its preserved memories of the town. With an attraction for all types of breaks, use Dolphin Cottage as your Aberdeenshire base. EPC Rating: Band C

It is very comfortable and is furnished to the same standard you would your own home. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. It is lovely and tidy, and has everything you could want. However the stand-out for this cottage is the view, I could sit and watch the sea, the boats and the stars for hours from the front window, or take a cuppa to the bench across the road and sit there and watch the world. It is a very special place, and much as I would like to keep it a secret, it’s too good not to share!

The beds were large and comfy, and it was warm enough even in the very cold weather. Also the location was excellent, right on the sea front and just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Loved the walks with our dog. The cottage is just beautiful. Very well kept cozy and comfortable. The bed comfiest we have slept in apart from our own. Missing the sound of the waves already.
