This amazing new beach house is nestled between the sand dunes 8 miles north of Aberdeen.. All on the

Wrap-around decking with garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: No hen and stag parties.. This eco-friendly, off-grid property is set on its own with only a minute’s walk from the beach. Its quiet location allowing an escape from everyday life. Enjoy beautiful views from the floor-to-ceiling windows while sitting in front of a lovely wood burner. Local amenities are a short drive away with internationally recognised golf courses, country parks, castles and whisky trails as well as beautiful beaches.

There are places you enjoy and then there are places you simply don’t want to leave. Drums Beach House was that place for us.We spent a week here and honestly only scratched the surface of this beautiful part of Scotland. Most days we didn’t even want to go anywhere. We’d sit by those amazing windows, watch the ever-changing dunes, listen to the sea, cook, enjoy a glass of wine, and simply be.The setting is breathtaking—peaceful, private, and beautifully connected to nature. The house has absolutely everything you could need and instantly feels like a home rather than a holiday rental.A heartfelt thank you to Peter and Ruth. Your kindness, warmth, and care made an already spectacular place even more special.We’ll be back next year. Thank you for having us.

We had a great stay at Drums Beach House. The location is perfect, 5 minutes over the dunes onto a big empty beach. The house has everything we needed. Perfect location for a quiet escape. Would highly recommend.
