The cottage is located on the edge of the Aberdeenshire coastline. A lovely setting, where a walk down to Cairnbulg Harbour is only minutes away and from there a footpath taking you to the beautiful Waters of Philorth Beach. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and got us off to the perfect start. We would happily return to Sea Breeze again if we are ever in the area.

wonderful location 50 yards from beach. A little further is the harbour. Coast walks both ways. Plenty of places to visit. Local people very friendly. Cottage has everything you need, a home from home. The owner is very helpful too. Two very happy weeks spent there.
