What a fabulous week we have just spent in Sunset Song, part of the converted old school house of Lewis Grassic Gibbon. “A Scots Quair” brought us to Arbuthnott but we fell in love with the local countryside and its towns & villages, a part of Scotland we were less familiar with. So much to see & do and we lucked out with some fantastic weather. The cottage was just fantastic, so comfortable & well equipped, a definite home from home. We can’t recommend enough!Oh and our dogs both had a braw time, they can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Fairly remote, a few miles to get onto the main road, but scenically situated. Quiet at night.
