Very comfortable cottage in good location. 1 mile from a lovely beach. The cottage was generally well equipped and the owners gave access to plentiful supplies of wood for the log burner which was a welcome surprise. The garden was very pleasant and safe for dogs. The only slight negative about the location is that the property next door is a bit scruffy with a number of vehicles parked outside. The unnecessary speed bump that has been put in at the end of the access road is a bit of a hazard and you need to negotiate it carefully. Overall we had an enjoyable break in a welcoming environment.

The cottage was in a beautiful spot, it was warm and comfortable and great for dogs with a large heated boot room and a separate utility room. The views down to the sea from my dog walks were truly amazing as was St Cyrus beach at the bottom of the hill. I think the vest thing about the cottage was the living space - I have been to many “6 person” cottages where seating 4 to watch TV was a struggle. The living room was huge ! And then there was a separate TV room….. We were very comfortable and happy there as were our 2 terriers
