The contemporary kitchen is truly stunning, fully-equipped with all the tools you could possibly need to create a delicious meal and seating for twelve. Upstairs, are five of the double bedrooms, three boast en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two share the use of two family bathrooms. The remaining bedroom is situated in the Clockhouse annex, with its own living space and kitchen, it would be ideal for a couple who are in search of a little additional privacy from the rest of the group.
Outside, after action-packed days spent exploring the nearby beaches, enjoy a long indulgent soak in the private hot tub, heaven! With stunning views of the Angus countryside, the terrace is the ideal place for al fresco drinks or dining. Broughty House is set amongst ten acres of grounds ensuring both privacy and tranquillity, the neighbouring paddocks are home to three highland cattle.

Broughty House is situated just town minutes from the seaside town of Broughty Ferry, home to a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a sandy beach. Along the Angus coastline are a number of excellent beaches, including Carnoustie, Lunan Bay, Montrose, all less than 40-minutes away. The city of Dundee is just a 15-minute drive away, a unesco designated City of Design, there is plenty to see here including the V&A Dundee, RSS Discovery and the McManus Galleries. For keen golfers, a number of excellent courses are within easy reaching distance including Carnoustie Links and St Andrews, which is just 35-minutes away. The house is ideal for a reunion or special occasion, Edinburgh and Aberdeen are both less than an hour and a half away making it an easily accessible option.
