Please be aware there is a £250 deposit for hot tub units & £100 for non hot tub units payable on arrival. This is via a credit/debit card swipe which isn’t debited unless required.

We stayed in the pod which was amazing. Very well equipped and a lot bigger than I expected inside. Very clean and no issues. We used the pool a few times which was lovely. Staff who worked in the amusements section excellent and very friendly. made my little girl so happy with the wee gift she got with her tickets.Ordered from the takeaway, pizzas were amazing, chicken nuggets a little greasy. Only gripe I have is that you get money back on the swimming which you can use for a meal. However cannot use it in the takeaway which was unfortunate as we did not wish to book into the restaurant. Loved that it was so dog friendly. I was able to sit and watch family go into the swimming whilst me and the dog sat and had some tea.Def would recommend and stay here again.

Location was excellent, we enjoyed staying in the pod, it was well equipped for our needs. Staff on site that we encountered were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the meal that we had at the on site restaurant. The only negative would be that we felt the pod hadn't undergone thorough enough cleaning, though ironically we only discovered this as we were cleaning up ready for our departure! We found various items from previous holidayers including several items of clothing, playing cards, dog hairs, crisps under/behind seat cushions/drawers.Considering that due to Covid the check in and out times are altered supposedly to allow for thorough cleaning, we felt this could definitely be improved upon.

Yeah overall really like our Pod. The bathroom door was damaged and a minor issue with cleanliness but generally. We enjoyed our stay, great piece of kit the Pond Pod. The shower was excellent hot water great pressure, fantastic. The heating was excellent very warm and cosy.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals of all sorts.The sleeping areas are excellent, the Murphy Bed was rare and comfortable and so was the Loft Bed.Loved it.
