Sleeping four guests, the cottage is perfect for couples and small families looking to get away from it all. The property is 1 mile from the colourful seaside town of Oban, with its excellent array of seafood restaurants. Oban is a great base for those looking to go island hopping around the Inner Hebrides, with regular ferries taking you to islands such as Mull, Coll, and Iona.
The characterful, single-storey cottage is decorated in cool tones, creating a calm and relaxed ambience. The furniture is chic and minimalist and each piece has been carefully chosen with both style and comfort in mind. The main living area is open plan and dual-aspect windows flood the space with natural light.
Enter the cottage into the lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a stylish kitchen area with everything you need to whip up tasty feasts and a cute breakfast bar for informal dining. There’s also a large dining table by the window for hosting dinner parties and family celebrations. After dinner, gather in the comfortable lounge area to share stories over a bottle of wine or catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The property has two light and bright bedrooms, one king-size and one twin (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). A family bathroom and a separate shower room complete the accommodation.
Outside, a large garden envelops the property, with a choice of seating areas so you can follow the sunshine throughout the day. On a summer’s evening, fire up the BBQ for memorable al fresco mealtimes under the stars.
