We arrived about 1830 after the long drive North. the Apartment's lights were on giving a soft glow and oozing warmth and welcome. On entering your first impression is WOW. There was a Bottle of Red wine with 2 glasses and a box of Shortbread on the table, fresh flowers and the most sumptuous welcome pack in the Fridge I have ever had in a Self Catering home. Bacon, Sausages, Butter, Eggs. Milk, Bread and White wine which was very much needed. The Apartment is out of this world with views to die for from the huge Patio doors and Balcony. You never get tired of that view and changing skies. Below Otters and Seals are always to be seen. The hosts have thought of everything. I am used to taking essentials with me like extra tea towels, dish washer tablets, black bags etc Nothing was not provided including pods for the coffee machine. Otter View is certainly a First class self catering rental. Would I stay again? in a heartbeat. Location is quiet, plenty of parking and a short drive from the Bustling town of Oban. Easy to go North or South. Or take a ferry to Mull or any of the other islands from Oban.

This is the second time we have stayed at Otters View and it certainly won’t be our last!! What an amazing house with stunning views and the most wonderful hosts. Letitia and Ken are so friendly and welcoming. They shared lots of tips on how to best enjoy our time in the area. The house is so warm and comfortable with everything and more that you might need to enjoy your stay. It’s so difficult to tear yourself away from the view and we were lucky enough to see some otters on this visit. Oban is a short drive or local bus journey away and there’s a few places to eat within walking distance.Thank you Letitia and Ken for another amazing week and we’re already planning our next visits.
