Guests consistently praise Top Flat for its stunning views, comfortable amenities, and friendly local area. The property's cleanliness and well-equipped nature contribute to a relaxing stay, with special mentions of the panoramic windows and the warmth of the flat. The location is celebrated for its proximity to shops, eateries, and scenic walks, despite some comments on the steps and parking.
Reviews frequently commend the property for its spotlessness and fresh, clean bedding. Only one mention of the property looking 'tired and used' in places suggests minor attention may be needed, but overall, the high standard of cleanliness is evident.
The location is highly praised for its breathtaking views and proximity to local amenities, including shops, restaurants, and scenic walks. The ease of access to nearby islands and wildlife adds to the appeal, with only minor notes on parking and steps.
Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the flat warm, well-equipped, and the beds cozy. The spaciousness and the window seat are highlighted as perfect for relaxation, contributing to a very comfortable experience.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the flat being described as well-equipped. However, some guests noted the absence of a telescope shown in pictures and the need for more ventilation in the bathroom, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.
While guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and welcoming tea/coffee tray, there are insufficient references to gifts or special thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that while some guests received a warm welcome, such gestures are not guaranteed.

The view was amazing! The apartment itself is perfect, with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and was just as described in the details. Our only wish - that we could have stayed longer! The property owner is so very helpful and friendly, a pleasure to contact. Weâd love to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and loved the amazing views of Kyle of Bute from the panoramic windows. Very well equipped flat with everything we needed and spacious open plan kitchen/living area. Our teenagers appreciated the tasty biscuit treats left too. Picturesque village and so many lovely places nearby to visit- spoiled for choice.
