This beautifully-appointed property, with indoor heated swimming pool, set in a third of an acre of enclosed gardens, provides generously proportioned, flexible holiday accommodation. Set between Kinross and Dollar, overlooking the Ochil Hills, it is centrally located for exploring the southern Highlands and central Scotland. Gleneagles is 15 minutes away; St Andrews, Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow are 45 minutes; Perth and Stirling are 20 minutes. There are 25 castles and 35 golf courses within 5-40 minutes’ drive (including Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie). Local activities and attractions include horse riding, fishing, curling, hillwalking, gliding, sailing, waterskiing, canoeing, shooting, birdwatching and golf. Various motor sports at Knockhill Racing Circuit, hovercrafting at Craigluscar and off roading at Oakley Buggy Centre. Fantastic weekend at this property, there was everything you could need and more. Spacious comfortable and full of character. Pool was the highlight for the kids and adults alike. Some nice touches with a lovely fruit bowl and selection of cupcakes. Deposit returned promptly in full Big Thankyou to Heather. X

Sheer joy during a dark, miserable week for all the family. The pool was brilliant with an abundant supply of towels and it didn’t matter about the weather. Lots of fun to be had! The beds were cosy and comfy and extra bedding available if it was needed, which it was! The living areas were great with a stunning view from the main room although we all liked gathering in the smaller room with a big tv and lots of DVDs! Kitchen was very well equipped just odd things like only 2 pot lids but we managed. Would definitely love to go back one day. Our grandson kissed the front door as he left; he just didn’t want to leave!Thank you for a great week.,

Great house, the pool was well used. Great there was plenty of pool toys to use. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked and everything was lovely and clean.
