Brilliant location right on the edge of a forest. Delightful, quirky interior like a small baronial castle. Comfortable seating & all mod cons. Slightly let down by cleaning. V. Dusty in places like under the bed & headboard. Outside space covered daily by millipedes which did sometimes manage to get into the house. Wouldn't fancy sitting out there on an evening! Front porch & steps weeds growing & back outside space needs tidying. Despite this we enjoyed our stay immensely. Gatehouse of Fleet was great & a good place for coffees cakes & food! Woodland walks are ace.

Great locstion. Quirky and unique interiorNeeds some upkeep in stairwell.0.Outside space let it down, patio covered in black worms even found them inside the property, garden left to go to weeds.Owner claims millipedes due to location but stayed rural before Not millipedes.

Everything was fine. It had 3 televisions if that’s what you like. The kitchen was very well equipped. For me the staircase was steep and curved as explained so only went up and down once a day as have osteoarthritis in my knee. Lovely to have the woods so close and beaches not far away. It has some quirky features and has fairly dark interior so put lights on.
