The three comfortable bedrooms with co-ordinating bedding are also on the ground floor, along with the shower room which completes this wonderful home from home. Outside is just as immaculate, with a large lawned garden to the front with a paved seating area and garden furniture where you can sit had have your morning coffee.
Easily accessible to many of the major routes, the M6 and A75 are just 5 minutes away, making Paxville the ideal base for exploring the wonders that Dumfries and Galloway as well as the lakes and hills of the Lake District National Park have to offer. Visit Gretna Green, synonymous with romance and runaway couples, and one of the world’s most popular wedding destinations where marriage ceremonies are still performed over a blacksmith’s anvil. Less than a mile away is Caledonia Park Designer Outlet (formerly Gretna Outlet Village) with over 45 stores, a real shoppers paradise!
This area of Dumfries and Galloway, situated on the Solway Coast, has plenty for all ages including wonderful sandy beaches and cliff top walks, golf courses, fishing, many historic sites and castles, and lovely little towns and villages to visit.
