Luxury, modern, ground floor accommodation for 2 people (the upper floor is unoccupied) in a  quiet location in the popular seaside village of Kippford and is just a very short stroll to the water front and village facilities. The beautifully prepared  accommodation is extremely spacious and, with a very well-equipped kitchen, makes for a perfect holiday, particularly as there is a decked patio for alfresco dining while enjoying the view to the estuary and scent of the climbing plants by the patio. The entrance hall also has a small unique study area with desk.

The two village Inns both serve food so options for eating out are also on the doorstep if required. Kippford is one of the most popular villages on the Solway Coast and is a bustling centre for sailing and other water sports.  There are also numerous other attractions in the area including art galleries and museums in Kirkcudbright and also the busy market town of Castle Douglas.   Outdoor pursuits are extremely well catered for with beach and cliff walks leading from Kippford around to the adjoining popular village of Rockcliffe.   Mountain bike routes are laid out in the Forestry Commission woodlands at Dalbeattie and also in the Galloway Forest Park forming the 7Stanes Mountain Bike Routes and for general touring the local roads are easy to access and allow the coast to be explored at more leisurely pace.
