When it’s time to turn in for the night, heated flooring leads you down the hallway to five thoughtfully presented bedrooms. Three spacious twin rooms share two stylish family shower rooms, while the property’s two double bedrooms each benefit from their own en-suite bathroom - one featuring a luxurious roll-top bath for long, indulgent soaks.

Outside, the lodge truly comes into its own. Surrounded by five acres of stunning grounds, guests can enjoy mature woodland, open grassy spaces, winding footpaths and a small, unfenced burn that gently flows through the landscape. Outdoor furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a fire pit encourage long afternoons and evenings spent outdoors, whether dining al fresco or gathering beneath the stars. At the bottom of the garden, The Bothy provides an additional entertainment space in the form of a charming summerhouse-style games room. Complete with Bluetooth speakers, a pool table, dart board, board games and even a drinks fridge, it’s designed for fun whatever the weather. Comfortable seating and a wood burner make it an inviting retreat all year round. Private parking for several cars is also available.
