We had a lovely relaxing time at Minnow Cottage. The cottage was small but charming and its location right on the riverside was beautiful. We rated it ‘good’ for comfort and equipment because it was very cold (I think due to the stone floors). There were 2 electric heaters but we could only get one of them to work and there was a wood burning stove which did warm the living area up nicely. All in all we totally enjoyed our stay and would stay there again - but take warm woolly socks to keep your feet warm!!!

We had a wonderful time on our first visit to South West Scotland. Minnow Cottage was a great base. The nearby EV Charging station was an added bonus.
