Nice and spacious bungalow. Generally, good equipment available. Only 2-3 mins walk from the large peaceful beach. Great friendly local shop, and Tigtogo local restaurant are friendly and have good tasty food available quickly. Supermarkets offer home delivery There’s lots and lots of beautiful and interesting places nearby, to visit on days out, all within easy reach by car, and plenty more further afield if you want to explore more. The housing estate directly around the property wasn’t as we’d expected, and sometimes you could smell weed from property(s) on the nearby path along on our walks to the beach. It’s a semi-detached property with a shared drive so can be difficult, depending on the neighbouring guests - next door sometimes had four cars and constantly walked across the front window of our bungalow even though they had separate access to their own. On occasions, and also when there were extra people there it seemed to greatly affect the WiFi/internet/tv in our property. The neighbouring properties also have several cars and visitors so always a lot of cars at the front, and even a tractor when someone visited there in that too. When we initially arrived at the property itself, we were disappointed with the standard of housekeeping. In the lounge, there were a couple of Quaver snacks on the floor by one of the sofas, and a crisp packet too. In the kitchen, there were empty packets and cartons from previous guests in the cupboards, and some half consumed out-it-date juice. The crockery was spread all over the cupboards so we just collated items together so that we could have/find a dinner set to use during our stay. Almost got a cut lip from one of the drinking glasses which was broken/sharp around the rim - there aren’t all full sets but there’s still plenty of glasses to use, albeit not all clean. There was a teapot in a cupboard but had been left in there unwashed so we bought some dishwasher tablets and put everything we needed to use in there to clean. When we went to use the tumble dryer during our stay, we discovered that both the drum filter, and the base filter had not been emptied in a long time as both were very thickly overfilled with fluff, so a potential fire risk. In both of the bathrooms, there were toothbrush/paste holders but they’d not been cleaned and were dirty/gunky inside. There was an air fryer available, which we didn’t use, but the tray was also found to be dirty from previous users. The bath in the main bathroom had not been cleaned properly either, having scum rim around it. Thankfully too, we always check settings - the showers had been left on maximum heat settings so would have been scalding hot if not checked before use. In all rooms, there are only horizontal Venetian style blinds, one of which in the lounge often opened up a little again after closing, not so great for privacy, and the others obviously let in light around so it was ok for us on the whole but not for anyone who prefers a darker room for sleeping.

This house was lovely, very spacious and comfortable and every appliance you could ever need. We have stayed in many holiday homes but this was one of the very best. We had an amazing welcome pack which kept us going all week and some lovely flowers. The location was excellent, North Wales places to visit within a few miles of the property and the beach a 2 minute walk away from the house, our dog loved it. 10 out of 10, will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Louise.
