If you can put up with the squeeky floorboards and springy beds this is a great place to stay 5 min from Stranraer plenty places to see and visit whatever the weather owners of cottage are lovely and very helpful really enjoyed our stay

My first impressions of the cheese loft was the size of the kitchen, it’s massive!!! It was good to hear the cows mooing, we were left a welcome pack & the raspberry jam & shortbread were yummy, we met Kathleen the owner & she is very friendly. We managed to get around you do need a car Portpatrick was our favourite, would definitely stay here again.
