The accommodation is spacious, and the crowning glory has to be the huge, private games room where you can challenge your family to a game of snooker, pool, table tennis, darts or table football without even having to venture outside! The adults can also watch the kids from the large picture windows overlooking the gardens. If fishing is your sport, enjoy a relaxing day fishing on the owner’s very own stretch of Kinnel Water.

The property is nestled on the outskirts of Lochmaben and surrounded by natural beauty. It is the ideal location to explore the local area and all that beautiful Dumfries and Galloway has to offer from sailing and mountain biking (7 Stanes) to exploring the many forest walks, trails and coastline. Return to Kinnelhook Holiday Cottage after a day exploring, take advantage of the peaceful evergreen gardens and enjoy the truly dark night skies. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Guests are to bring their own linen for the travel cot if required. One travel cot and one high chair are available, the travel cot comes as purchased, they come with a fitted pad as opposed to a normal mattress, apparently due to safety reasons, as printed on the cot instructions it must only be used with this mattress.

Regarding recycling and waste disposal, please use correct bins and follow council instructions regarding washing out all red bin rubbish for recycling.

We can only accommodate up to 8 guests, please do not book for larger parties. In the event of there being more than 8 guests we will have to turn you away and the deposit is non-returnable.
