Perfect for a solo visitor (just me and the dog) with amazing views across the water. Comfortably and tastefully furnished with two sofas and a good size dining table for two. Lovely books and even a couple of jigsaws! The kitchen is compact but more than adequate with everything you would need for a short break and of course there are a number of award winning fish and chip shops within walking distance and a chinese takeaway along the road. The easiest parking is slightly up the hill but was never a problem and Cellardyke is well placed to explore this wonderful stretch of coastline. My only observation for a couple is that the very comfortable bed has to be against the wall which could be a tricky if you are in the habit of using the bathroom during the night. The owners live nearby and are readily available should there be any problems and the welcome pack was very generous

A lovely place, I would happily return to.

Comfortable cottage for two (and dog) with lovely sea views. Excellent location in Cellardyke just a few mins walk from all the pubs / restaurants & shops in Anstruther, and on the 'Path' to Crail. High Tide had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, & we were able to park outside the cottage which was very handy as street parking is at a premium in the narrow streets. Many lovely pubs & restaurants in the area, beautiful coastal villages & harbours. Great holiday. Dogs welcome in most places too.
