With spectacular sea views from the moment you open the door of this ground floor holiday apartment, situated within a terraced row, the light and views are captivating. Contemporary furnishings and the cosy woodburner provide great comfort whatever the weather outside, whilst the wide balcony is perfect for watching the sunset. Originally a grocer’s shop in the fishing village of Cellardyke, there are bars and small shops locally, and Anstruther, ½ mile, has a good range of amenities and boat trips to the Isle of May from the harbour. St Andrews, 10 miles, has a host of golf courses, boutique shops and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Shop 350 yards, pub 25 yards and restaurant 50 yards.

Lovely, cosy cottage. Stayed over Christmas 2025. Always good spending time with family and Rockview cottage made it special this year. Would love to visit again in the spring or summer to take full advantage of the decking and sea views. No negatives with the cottage at all. Parking can be an issue but didn't bother us. Once we got a space we didn't move car till home time. Easy walk into Anstruther for harbour, eateries, bakers and pub!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Place is clean and modern has everythingwe needed including log burner and wifi. A few repairs needed but the owner made me aware and it were perfect. Location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Ground level entry from the front door but is 1st floor from the back but there is no access down the garden or the beach just a decking area to enjoy the views. The streets are narrow but passable even for the binmen. Local amenities and Town a short walk away. I will definitely be returning. Loved it.

We had a great stay at the cottage. Comfy beds and a beautiful view. Lovely walks along the coastal path. Nice coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance/short drive. Would definitely return.
