Coachman's Cottage in Cupar is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location with easy access to local amenities and scenic walks. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space, friendly estate staff, and the pet-friendly environment. The historic village setting and proximity to attractions add to the charm, despite minor maintenance issues and some suggestions for additional provisions.
The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-kept, with multiple reviews affirming its tidiness. Only one minor comment about a teaspoon with food residue slightly impacts the score.
The location is highly regarded for its scenic walks, proximity to the village, and historical sites. The estate's peaceful setting and accessibility to various attractions contribute to a high score.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a warm atmosphere. Some minor issues with a back door and a suggestion for doormats are noted but do not significantly detract from the overall comfort.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious interior. However, comments about the need for a new cooker, lack of doormats, and an inoperative outside light suggest room for improvement.
While guests do not consistently mention gifts, one review notes a lack of a welcome pack and limited toilet paper. The estate's overall hospitality is appreciated, but it is politely noted that gifts are not guaranteed.

Our second visit to this lovely cottage and location, and we had an even better time! Warm, clean, comfy with everything you need. There are miles of woodland walks on your door step - heaven for our 2 spaniels and a great pub which does excellent food is only 6 minutes walk away. There’s also a fabulous pie shop and super cafes in the village too. A wonderful stay in a historic village and beautiful surrounding countryside.
