If you return muddy and mucky after a day out, the handy utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and space for hanging damp clothes. Guests can choose between the social kitchen space for meals or the fantastic formal dining room, where wooden floors complement striped walls. In the spacious, light and bright lounge a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings create a stylish yet comfortable feel, perfect for relaxing on the sofa with a movie, and on chilly evenings head to the snug where the roaring wood burner is ideal for cosy nights in.

Upstairs, the five bedrooms are beautifully decorated and retain the same character, traditional with a contemporary twist. Lovely linens, pretty textiles, bright feature walls and large windows make a welcoming refuge at the end of your day. Two super-king-size bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and all four super-king-size beds can be made into twins, hosting a variety of party make-ups. The bunk bedroom and single bedroom are on the ground floor as is a stylish shower room.

Outside, the property is surrounded by rolling fields and beautiful countryside views. Children and pups will love the large, lawned garden dotted with trees perfect for hours of hide-and-seek and fetch. Amongst the mature gardens, there is a seating area perfect for al fresco dining. In the morning, wake with a stroll listening to the birdsong, coffee in hand and pup at your heels. In the evening, fire up the gas BBQ and settle down with a wee dram, good local beer or a nice glass of wine to enjoy some stargazing. There is ample off-road private parking available in front of the house.
