There is a boot room and toilet just off the kitchen. This leads out into an enclosed courtyard and then through the gate up to a decked terrace with table and seating. A generous sized shed is available for storing bicycles (with electricity for charging of e-bikes) and hooks for storing sports equipment. Parking for three cars is to the rear of the garden.
Stairs from the living area to the first-floor landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master at the back has an en-suite shower and sink. Kilconquhar and Elie, nestled in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, offer a delightful blend of culinary and recreational experiences.

Nice house, only the messy neighbour is somehow not so nice to look at. But as is was Late in the year, we stayed inside. The house is very nice and has everything er needed.

Lovely holiday home in quiet location. Directions given were good as parking to back of property, also signposted when you get to the road. Nice big kitchen and living room, space for six at dining table and all the appliances you'd need. Good amount of Nespresso coffee pods left too. Property nice and warm and bedrooms all had very comfy mattresses and pillows. All furniture looked new! Good base to go to Elie and the fife coast and the patio area outside was lovely to sit at and listen to the birds in peace and quiet.
