This lovely, spacious holiday home is in a peaceful setting overlooking a wooded den with the Lumbo Burn at its foot. Only a 20 minute walk along the Lade Braes into the heart of historic St Andrews, or up to Craigtoun Park and the Dukes golf course. Shopping, eating places and the Byre theatre in St Andrews; also of course, the six town golf courses. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Very comfortable modern house with good facilities. One minor quibble was the instructions for the disposal of waste were contradictory. I hope we disposed waste to the right bins!

This was our 10th visit to Burnside, which I think speaks for itself.Amenities in the house are excellent, as is the location.A more up to date TV would be an added bonus!
