Birdwatchers will adore the nearby Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre (7 miles) and the RSPB nature reserve (1.5 miles), while those keen to tee off will find a range of golf courses close by, including Buchanan Castle (3.5 miles) and Loch Lomond Golf Club (12 miles).

Relax and get cosy in front of a coal-effect electric fire in the lounge, with the Smart TV mounted above providing plenty of entertainment. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, served by the family bathroom with an invigorating shower. The larger room is a double, while the other is a comfortable twin. Upstairs, the first floor reveals the final bedroom: a master king-size with the luxury of its own en-suite bathroom. This floor also features a second lounge area, ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet. Additional seating is positioned opposite a TV, and the sofa also doubles as a double sofa bed, sleeping two.
Step out from the first-floor lounge onto the balcony and enjoy the elevated position with far-reaching views. From here, you can take the stairs down or exit at ground level to reach the garden. A patio and lawn area invite guests to unwind outdoors, complete with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ, and a hot tub illuminated by twinkling fairy lights. There is also a communal lawn space to explore, featuring a children’s play area with swings, slides, and a tractor tyre. Private parking is available.
